With over 20 years of experience in bodybuilding, fitness, and high-level coaching, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people become the strongest version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

At 25, I left my home country to pursue my dream of competing in the United States. That journey led to features in Flex Magazine, recognition as Athlete of the Month, and being spotlighted in my university newspaper for my relentless dedication to the sport. I’ve stepped on stage many times—competing, winning, and building the discipline that still drives everything I do today.

A serious medical condition eventually required me to step away from competition—but it didn’t take away my passion. It gave me a deeper purpose: to coach others. Since then, I’ve trained hundreds of clients around the world and helped transform countless lives—not just by changing how people look, but how they see themselves.

I believe real transformation starts from within, and my mission is to help you build a body you’re proud of and a mindset that never quits.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, a Weider National Coaching Diploma, and bring over two decades of hands-on experience in training, nutrition, and competitive bodybuilding. My coaching combines science-backed strategies with real-world results to deliver programs that are efficient, effective, and tailored to your goals.
